As a Sales Associate, you will have an exciting opportunity to grow your sales career with the leader in the industry. You will be instrumental in supporting the business plan through profitable revenue generation. Can be located anywhere in one of our 1200+ locations across North America. This position works in conjunction with local branches near you and independently. Sales Development Program - What We Do:
  • Sales Performance: improve time to productivity with automated learning paths and certification on execution and retention
  • Coaching: provide a structured coaching environment with weekly 1:1 sessions
  • Skills Development: gain confidence to handle any situation with role plays, simulated sales scenarios, and field ride-alongs
  • Micro Learning: distribute bite-sized content with videos, quizzes, and challenges
How We Do It:
  • Analytics: provide real-time visibility to achievements and knowledge gaps
  • Gamification: motivate teams with leaderboards and badges
  • Sales Tools: access content through internal and customer-facing programs
  • Artificial Intelligence: leverage intelligence to maximize engagement and proficiency
What You'll Do:
  • Qualify and quantify customer needs using CRM (Salesforce) and persuasive techniques
  • Collect decision maker contact info for sales and marketing campaigns
  • Identify and sell to new customers using marketing and sales tools
  • Recover dormant customers via sales tools and value propositions
  • Support and learn about branch operations
  • Use IT systems for quotes, rentals, sales, reservations, and territory management
  • Coordinate with branch departments to ensure customer satisfaction and communicate issues
  • Work with ISR's on equipment needs, training, demos, quotes, catalogs, credit apps
  • Negotiate prices per policies and procedures
  • Drive customer engagement at local events and promotions
  • Perform duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • One year sales experience preferred
  • Planning, problem-solving, negotiation skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong presentation and sales skills
  • Teamwork and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable record
  • Willing to relocate
