What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the project performance tracking process, monitoring outreach activity, lead flow, and pipeline velocity
- Conduct performance inspections to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring program health
- Maintain alignment with client expectations by tracking progress against success criteria and ROI benchmarks
- Act as the primary operations liaison across assigned accounts, leading executive briefings and managing project onboarding/offboarding
- Proactively escalate issues impacting performance and initiate content audits and repair proposals when metrics decline

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program/project management, revenue operations, or sales performance roles
- Strong data inspection capabilities using Salesforce and other outreach tools
- Deep understanding of outbound SDR/BDR operations and pipeline health levers
- Proven track record of driving customer outcomes, retention, and expansion through operational excellence
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with ICP validation, message-market fit, outbound strategy, and xDR lifecycle management
