Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation's Full Time Program invites recent graduates to fast-track their careers starting July 2027 in Real Whirled Sales Development. Trainees rotate through Sell Thru and Sell In roles, gaining exposure to brands, sales strategy, merchandising, and operations as they relocate to field assignments nationwide.

The journey begins with three months at our Southwest Michigan HQ with free housing, a cooking stipend, conference travel, factory tours, and hands-on experiences.

Qualifications

• Completion of Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
• Must have indefinite US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.
• Must have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more with assistance, some physical activity required.

Responsibilities

• Immersive training at Whirlpool headquarters and field locations.
• Sell Thru rotation: manage 30+ retail stores in a territory.
• Sell In rotation: develop relations with 50+ dealers and grow builder pipeline.
• Progression into next roles in Sales/Marketing and beyond.
