Job summary

Whirlpool Corporation is launching a Full Time Real Whirled Sales Development Program in Southwest Michigan with an immersive training phase and two rotations in Territory Sales Representatives (TSR) and Market Development Representatives (MDR). Participants will relocate domestically after training, then advance into additional Sales/Marketing roles across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Indefinite US work authorization required.
• Must be willing to travel and relocate domestically.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30+ retail stores within a dedicated territory.
• Build relationships with retail partners and field leadership.
• Drive sales, rate of recommendation, and market share of brand products.
• Progress through rotations into Sales/Marketing and beyond.
