Responsibilities

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to align on strategy and prospecting efforts.
• Be self-motivated, eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute to the SDR program and processes.
• Contact potential clients to help key decision makers modernize their workplace using our technology.
• Participate in individual and team competitions to help reach goals.
• Work collaboratively and share ideas in a team setting.
• Exceed goals while maintaining teamwork and a positive attitude.
• Handle objections and align Paylocity's solutions to client needs.
• Gather key information and maintain CRM data.
