Akkodis is seeking a Sales Development I4 for a Contract job with a client in Wausau, WI. You'll be responsible for pitching company value to restaurant owners and closing deals quickly in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment.
Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Sales Development I4 job responsibilities include:
Win new business across assigned rural and underpenetrated markets.
Travel frequently (50%+), including long drives and occasional overnight stays.
Conduct face-to-face field sales, pitching value to restaurant owners.
Negotiate and close deals quickly in a short, transactional sales cycle.
Build partnerships with top local and regional restaurants.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to leverage market insights and tools.
Utilize sales resources like sales sheets, gift cards, and business cards.
Support client growth strategy in emerging markets.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not explicitly stated but typically expected for sales roles at this level).
Minimum of 2.5 years in a closing sales role or equivalent experience.
Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time, including to rural and underpenetrated markets.
