Job description

Akkodis is seeking a Sales Development I4 for a Contract job with a client in Wausau, WI. You'll be responsible for pitching company value to restaurant owners and closing deals quickly in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment.

Rate Range: $30/hour to $32/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Sales Development I4 job responsibilities include:

  • Win new business across assigned rural and underpenetrated markets.

  • Travel frequently (50%+), including long drives and occasional overnight stays.

  • Conduct face-to-face field sales, pitching value to restaurant owners.

  • Negotiate and close deals quickly in a short, transactional sales cycle.

  • Build partnerships with top local and regional restaurants.

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to leverage market insights and tools.

  • Utilize sales resources like sales sheets, gift cards, and business cards.

  • Support client growth strategy in emerging markets.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (not explicitly stated but typically expected for sales roles at this level).

  • Minimum of 2.5 years in a closing sales role or equivalent experience.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
