Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $33.00/hr

About The Role

Title: Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML)

Location: Gaylord / Traverse City, MI

Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate Range: $32/hour to $35/hour on W2 (Pay will include base compensation and additional commission for every new restaurant partnership, after crossing a minimum number of new partnerships added. Commission capped at $1750/month)

We are looking for an Associate, Growth Merchant Lead (aGML) for Emerging Markets to join our Outside Sales team. As an aGML, you will be responsible for acquiring new business in your assigned geography and contributing to DoorDash's growth strategy. You will travel to emerging markets, managing transactional deal cycles to establish new partnerships with local and regional restaurants. You will coordinate with a Regional Sales Manager, utilizing sales tools such as drop-off materials, gift cards, and business cards.

This is a field sales position requiring face-to-face transactions. Travel throughout the territory is necessary, mostly within 1 hour of the designated city, with possible overnight stays and longer travel days. Travel costs are covered by the company, and travel will be monitored for compliance.
