Job summary

RRD is seeking a Sales Development Executive to promote and sell the company’s marketing and packaging solutions in the Portland area. You will prospect new and existing accounts, develop revenue by generating leads, initiating calls, and building ongoing rapport to exceed targets.

You will identify customer needs, negotiate terms, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Ability to present to C-Level and Senior Management Executives; strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to identify critical elements and develop solutions.
• Ability to organize and prioritize resources to implement effective solutions.
• Ability to negotiate outcomes and communicate requirements across organization.
• Willingness to learn about RRD's products and services.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales leads and visit customers of strategic importance.
• Assess customer needs and suggest products and services.
• Respond to complex inquiries; negotiate prices and delivery times to close sales.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to build future sales.
• Develop long-term plans for key customers and monitor activities.
• Forecast accurately and maintain Salesforce records.
