Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Resident of the United States.
• Able to obtain and maintain a Life Insurance license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented.
• Organized with strong time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through follow-up.
• Educate individuals and families about life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and recommend solutions based on client goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Obtain and maintain the required state life insurance license if not licensed.
