Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year degree with anticipated 2027–2029 graduation date.
• Strong Microsoft skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated initiative and curiosity in problem solving.
• Ability to take ownership and go beyond expectations.
• At least 6 months of experience via clubs, involvement or work.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-profile projects focusing on sales, communications or finance.
• Engage with mentors and leaders to shape ideas and career growth.
• Attend regular team and one-on-one meetings to track progress.
• Conduct market and industry research relevant to distribution.
• Support the team in go-to-market activities and process improvements.
