Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive retail sales of sheds, garages, and custom buildings to residential and commercial customers in the Pueblo area.

The role includes an hourly base with commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth through successful sales and customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and skilled at building lasting relationships with customers, with the ability to identify needs, demonstrate product

Qualifications

• Must enjoy building relationships with customers and commercial accounts.

• Proficiency with basic computer software and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product features, close sales, and perform site checks as required.
• Cultivate new sales leads from advertising and marketing efforts.
• Serve as the customer contact from sale through installation.
• Assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs as needed.
• Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage.

Tuff Shed is recruiting for a motivated sales professional who has the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. We offer a paid training period and commission program with an hourly base. We are seeking high-energy and self-motivating individuals.

You will be responsible for the retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve their storage solutions with our high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings.

Essential Functions

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, close the sale, and perform site checks (as required)
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company sponsored advertising & marketing
• Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation
• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs
• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships
• An eye for design
• The ability to listen to customers and address their needs
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software

Job Requirements

• A current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
