Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a motivated Sales Design Consultant to drive retail sales of Tuff Shed products to residential and commercial customers. You will help customers choose storage solutions and guide them from sale to installation.

The role emphasizes building relationships with a high-energy approach and a compensation plan with hourly base plus commission. First-year earnings could reach $55,000 to $75,000 with a paid training period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean MVR.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, close the sale, and perform site checks.
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company sponsored advertising & marketing.
• Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation.
• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs.
• Develop product knowledge to communicate the Tuff Shed advantage.

Tuff Shedis recruiting for a motivated salesprofessional who has the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. We offer apaid training periodand commission program with an hourly base.

We are seeking high-energy and self-motivating individuals. You will be responsible for the retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential and commercial customers. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve their storage solutions with our high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings.

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, close the sale, and perform site checks (as required)


• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company sponsored advertising & marketing


• Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation


• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs


• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships


• An eye for design


• The ability to listen to customers and address their needs


• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software

Job Requirements

• A current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
