Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can work from home with flexible scheduling. You will receive complete sales and design training, no prior experience required, and pre-set appointments close to your home.

This role offers a hybrid remote setup with mentorship, growth paths, and a direct track to advancement. For candidates who are coachable, have a reliable vehicle, and can commit to a 12-week training, this position provides the chance to help clients organize

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Fully open schedule Mon to Fri and 2 Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
