Job summary

Roche Bobois in Pasadena is seeking a Sales & Design Consultant to greet customers, learn the collections, and present them with confidence. You will use our design tools and have knowledge of policies, pricing, and stock references to guide clients toward the perfect selection.

This role involves following up on leads, supporting showroom setup, coordinating with customer service, and occasionally making house calls.

Qualifications

• Experience in the furniture industry is appreciated.
• Customer service oriented and sales driven.
• Strong communication skills and motivation to work in a showroom environment.
• Interest in design and interior styling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers
• Learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients
• Know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing..)
• Use our 3D software company tools when for projects
• Follow up with leads in a professional manner
• Be on house calls when required
• Place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up
• Provide updates to clients when needed
• Coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers
• Be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests
• Update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion
• Marketing store tools when needed
• Assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager;
• Report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution

Showroom Hours/Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday (10:00am - 6:00pm)

IT (Plus): CAD, Photoshop, 20/20 knowledge is a plus
