Role Description

The Sales Design Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Glastonbury, CT. This role involves welcoming and engaging clients in the showroom, learning about their lifestyle and preferences, and recommending furniture, furnishings, and décor that align with their needs and budget. The Sales Design Consultant will create design concepts, present product options and finishes, prepare quotes, and support clients from initial consultation through final purchase. Daily responsibilities include maintaining an inspiring showroom environment, updating product knowledge, processing sales transactions, and coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. The role also includes follow-up communication with clients to nurture long-term relationships and support repeat business.

Qualifications
