Copenhagen Furniture is seeking a Sales & Design Associate to guide customers through the full buying journey and deliver thoughtful design consultations. You’ll use 3D floor-planning tools to create space solutions, present product recommendations, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, collaboration, and career growth within Copenhagen through professional development. Weekend coverage is required in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or Design Experience is preferred; High school diploma or G.E.D.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in store and by phone through product selection and buying process
• Deliver design consultations using 3D floor-planning tools and create solutions for spaces
• Present product knowledge and recommendations to fit home and budget
• Close sales and manage follow-up (orders, custom specifications)
• Use store systems for order processing, quoting, and customer communication
• Coordinate with delivery teams and sales staff on timing and special requests
• Maintain showroom via staging, merchandising and cleanliness
• Meet or exceed sales goals and participate in promo programs

In this role you’ll guide customers through the full buying journey, deliver thoughtful design consultations, and build long-term customer relationships. We are looking for someone who has strong interpersonal skills, who is motivated by collaborating and interacting with others, and has a desire to grow their career at Copenhagen through professional development.CompensationOur average sales & design consultant typically can earn between $70k - $110k per year and may choose their payment structure – base salary ($30,000) plus commission or strict commission.
