You will champion exceptional service, mentor staff, and ensure strong results through teamwork and problem-solving. This role requires flexibility to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Proven retail leadership experience with coaching and development of associates.
• Strong relationship-building skills to grow department business.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and delivering customer service excellence.
