Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training and coaching.
• Develop relationships to grow department business.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet sales goals.
• Assess performance to improve service quality and department results.
• Provide feedback on service, selling, and account statistics.
• Develop solutions to resolve customer problems and department needs.
• Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
