COMPENSATION:

  • $17.00 per hour + $5,000-$30,000 in commission per month
  • Commission earnings are UNCAPPED

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Handle the full cycle of sales for inbound and outbound calls, scheduling follow-up calls, and successfully close deals.
  • Provide information about our program and its benefits
  • Utilize different verbal sales methods of communicating with potential clients
  • Emphasizes service features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on knowledge of programs and services
  • Drive value of product to client - upsell products
  • Accurately track all communications in CRM system
  • Follow-up with clients to ensure that they understand the service and are moving forward with contract/agreement
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain our programs, placing an emphasis on educating potential clients of their options
  • Manage your leads/calendar/time efficiently to ensure that all monthly sales goals are met

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • A hungry, money-motivated work ethic and drive
  • Highly motivated with excellent people and listening skills
  • Debt, mortgage, finance, or sales experience preferred
  • Phone sales and call center experience with ability to close
  • Positive and high energy attitude is a must
  • Ability to prioritize and follow-up with clients in a timely manner
  • Problem solving; ability to constructively handle unexpected problems
  • Strong Analytical and technology (CRM) skills
  • Must be comfortable with computers, internal software, and phone systems

JOB TYPE: Full-time, non-exempt

SCHEDULE: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (shift times & days may vary based on staffing needs)
LOCATION: Remote in Arizona, Texas, Florida only
