Position Summary

Our Representatives use a consultative approach to manage and collect on delinquent accounts. This approach helps consumers find the best way to resolve their balances, prioritizing client satisfaction. We seek professional individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Obtain information from consumers to assess financial situations and determine solutions
  • Provide solutions to enable consumers to resolve obligations voluntarily or administratively
  • Gather and maintain proper documentation, ensuring follow-up
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by management
  • Make between 125-200 calls daily in a call center or remote environment
  • Achieve monthly recovery targets
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems to maximize contact opportunities
  • Perform skip-tracing to locate and contact consumers or businesses
  • Adhere to ConServe's Professional Practices Management System, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Skills and Requirements
  • Ability to work 8-hour shifts, starting between 8:00 am and 9:30 am EST, ending between 5:00 pm and 6:30 pm EST; shifts are flexible but must be 8 hours
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (optional)
  • Fluent in conversational English with proficient reading and writing skills
  • Strong verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate computer skills for documenting calls and navigating software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to resolve problems independently
  • Motivation to learn and collaborate positively with coworkers
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness
  • Ability to interact professionally with team members and customers
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain State Collections Licensure
  • Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or clients
Physical Demands
  • Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds
  • Sit or remain sedentary for entire shift
  • Talk, listen, and type on a computer throughout the shift
