Affordable Home Furnishings is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Representative (Account Manager) to blend customer service with sales, account management, and deliveries. You will engage customers in-store, by phone, and in the community while building lasting relationships and resolving issues.

This hands-on role offers growth into store management for motivated team members, with a compensation range of $38,000–$45,000 per year and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the field.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love.
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community.
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup.
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions.
• Load and unload merchandise.
• Pick up merchandise from customer's homes.
• Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise.
• Support daily store operations and team goals.
• Any other tasks as directed by management.

Schedule

Typically around 45 hours per week:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
