Affordable Home Furnishings in Crowley, LA is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Representative. This hands-on role blends customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem solving to help local families furnish their homes.

You will build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community, manage accounts and payments, assist with deliveries, and prepare merchandise for the showroom. Growth into store management is available for motivated team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Comfortable using computers and technology.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.

Schedule

Typically around 45 hours per week:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
