As we expand across the US, we’re seeking an energetic, driven, and experienced Sales & Customer Success professional to join our mission-driven team.

You’re a proactive, self-starting team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’re passionate about healthcare innovation and have a proven track record of driving B2B sales and building long-term relationships with customers. You enjoy being hands-on with clients and helping them succeed while pushing sales goals forward.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals – primarily with healthcare providers, clinics, and strategic partners
  • Support onboarding and provide ongoing customer success management to ensure high satisfaction, engagement, and retention
  • Collaborate with the product and operations team to tailor solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers
  • Track, analyze, and report sales and success metrics using CRM and internal tools
  • Represent XRHealth in webinarsanddemos, with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
  • Provide feedback from the field to inform go-to-market strategies and product improvements
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales and/or customer success, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or digital health
  • Proven experience working in or with startups
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • A "builder" mindset – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
Bonus Points:
  • Experience selling SaaS or medical device products
  • Background in DME, RTM, or health reimbursement models
  • Passion for virtual reality or digital therapeutics
