FOH Worldwide is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist in a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid schedule. The position supports Field Sales Managers and accounts by handling orders, inquiries, and administration, while ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, proficiency with Excel/Outlook, and familiarity with SAP Business One or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service in an office setting or B2B environment.
• Experience communicating with customers via email is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
• Familiar with ERP systems; SAP Business One preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary internal customer service contact for Field Sales Managers and assigned accounts.
• Process customer purchase orders accurately in SAP Business One.
• Respond to inquiries regarding orders, inventory, pricing, and shipping timelines.
• Monitor complete order lifecycle from receipt to shipment and delivery.
• Coordinate and execute custom orders, samples, and VIP requests with minimal supervision.
