Your role involves converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an excellent experience by:

  1. Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering calls, addressing questions, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring a safe environment.
  2. Promoting total body care by educating clients, selling the Wellness Program, booking future services, and encouraging retail purchases.
  3. Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email.
  4. Upholding core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
  5. Supporting team goals and building positive relationships.

We seek passionate individuals with:

  • Sales skills and experience, especially in retail or sales roles.
  • Integrity and commitment to well-being.
  • Strong math and computer skills, cash handling confidence, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Teamwork and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of massage and skincare services is a plus.
