Having grown and scaled rapidly over the past year, YourMechanic is expanding its first inside sales team. Join us in our mission to revolutionize the auto repair industry by helping us bring our services to everyone! We seek a proactive individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to close deals and contribute to our growth.

Responsibilities

1. Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, email campaigns, and sales qualification in targeted verticals.
2. Arrange in-person meetings as needed.
3. Achieve and surpass regional sales targets through demand generation activities.
4. Maintain activity and sales metrics diligently in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills: clear, confident, and professional speaking on the phone and in person.
• Strong writing skills: clear, succinct, adaptable to audience, and capable of developing polished proposals.
• Organized with strong follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated with a winning attitude.
• Open to coaching and implementing new strategies to improve effectiveness.
• Four-year degree required.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

• $10-$12 per hour plus commission.
