Massage Envy is hiring at our Pompano Beach location. We seek a friendly team member to deliver top-quality customer service, explain our Wellness Program, and book future visits. You’ll support day-to-day operations and help clients feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

The role emphasizes selling services and retail, maintaining strong guest relationships, and contributing to a welcoming, educational environment. Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Excellent people skills and relationship-building.
• General knowledge of massage/skin care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure guests feel valued.
• Educate clients on Massage Envy Wellness Program and services.
• Book appointments and promote homecare retail per provider advice.
• Greet clients, handle scheduling, calls, emails, and inquiries.
• Help grow and retain a local client base through outreach.

Qualified Candidates:

• Have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
• Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
• Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

• Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understood
• Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
• Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
• Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach
