Rent-A-Center in Albuquerque is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer prospects. You will provide top-tier, white-glove customer service in-store and at customers' homes.

You will also manage deliveries and pickups, merchandising, and maintain an inviting store environment. Requires 1–3 years retail or customer service experience, a high school diploma, 18+ with a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift/move heavy items.

Formación

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/move products such as furniture, electronics and appliances.

Responsabilidades

• Sales: grow revenue through completed rental agreements and new customers.
• Customer Service: deliver friendly, top-notch experiences with white-glove service.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products following procedures.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting and organized for customers and staff.
