What We Offer:

A paid, comprehensive 4-week training program covering sales, design software, product knowledge, and more. Ongoing training keeps you updated on industry innovations. Compensation is commission-based with no cap on income. Average earnings range from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $100,000!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Closing sales and design opportunities effectively
• Building relationships to generate new clients
• Maintaining client follow-up and updating contacts in CRM
• Following our sales process consistently
• Taking accurate measurements and creating designs using our 3D software
• Communicating effectively with clients from initial contact to post-installation follow-up
• Having fun and educating clients!
• Promoting a positive attitude and representing the company professionally

Service area includes all of N. Utah; familiarity with clients from Salt Lake City to North Ogden is a plus.
