We provide qualified, scheduled leads that fit your flexible schedule. You are also encouraged to generate your own clients, which can lead to higher commissions. We pride ourselves on offering the highest commission rates in the state!

Training and Compensation:

We offer a comprehensive 4-week paid training program covering sales, design software, product knowledge, and industry updates. Ongoing training ensures you stay current with design innovations. This role is fully commission-based, with additional incentives and no cap on income. Average earnings range from $50,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $100,000.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Closing sales and design opportunities successfully
• Building relationships to generate new clients
• Maintaining client follow-up and updating contacts in CRM
• Following our sales process consistently
• Taking accurate measurements and creating designs using our 3D software
• Providing excellent communication and account management from initial contact to post-installation follow-up
• Engaging and educating clients while having fun!
• Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes the company

We serve all of Northern Utah; it's a plus if you can handle clients from Salt Lake City to North Ogden.
