Job summary

The Ron Marhofer Auto Family is seeking a Sales/Service CST at our Ohio locations to help with detailing, cleaning, and moving vehicles between lots and dealerships. You will support both Service and Sales teams and ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and pickup.

You will maintain spotless lots, assist with inventory appearance, and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude while following safety and showroom standards. This role requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility in duties.

Responsibilities

• Protect vehicles to be serviced by placing mats and plastic to protect interiors.
• Maintain vehicle inventory appearance by cleaning interior and exterior; replenish fluids as needed; replace batteries as necessary.
• Place buyer guides, price tags, and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly; move cars as directed by management and display standards.
• Clean driveway and sidewalks; remove snow and debris.
• Drive vehicles to service lane, stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Create key tags for vehicles; fuel vehicles below 1/4 tank; uphold a helpful attitude.
• Check in with team leader when not busy; perform other duties as assigned.

With multiple locations across Northeast Ohio, we pride ourselves on our culture of Teamwork, Commitment to Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Trust & Respect for the Individual, Approachability, and Process Orientation.**Position Summary**The Sales/Service CST works with the Service and Sales departments cleaning and detailing vehicles and moving them around the dealership, between dealerships, and retrieving customer vehicles when service is complete, as well as helping dealership management and sales teams as requested.**Key Responsibilities****Essential Duties*** Protect vehicles to be serviced by placing mats and plastic to protect the interiors.* Maintain new- and used-vehicle inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.* Place buyer guides, RMAF price tags/stickers, and stock tags in vehicles.* Keep new- and used-vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by management and in accordance with dealership display standards.* Clean the driveway and sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.* Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.* Make key tags for vehicles.* Gas up any new or used vehicle below 1⁄4 tank.* Maintain a positive and approachable “How can I always help?” attitude.* Check in with the team leader when not busy.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations*** Must obtain and maintain any certificates, licenses, and registrations as required by the Dealership.* Must maintain a valid driver's license that meets dealership insurability requirements.**Physical Demands*** Must be able to work at least 8-hour shifts on his or her feet.* Must be able to fulfill all detailing aspects listed above without unreasonable restrictions, including maneuvering throughout and around the vehicle.* Must be able to safely operate vehicles to transport them to the detailing area.**Core Values Alignment**All team members are expected to uphold the Ron Marhofer Auto Family core values:To Deliver a World-Class Experience through* Commitment to Excellence* Teamwork* Trust & Respect for the Individual* Continuous Improvement
