Responsibilities

• Increase and maintain community occupancy levels
• Conduct on-site tours and off-site visits with prospective residents and their families to build strong relationships
• Provide consistent, personalized follow-up with prospects and their families
• Guide individuals through the move-in process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• 2 + years of sales experience required
• Experience in senior living, lifestyle communities, hospitality, real estate, or related fields preferred (not required)
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect confidently and effectively
• Strong understanding of consultative, one-on-one sales strategies and execution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and use CRM/contact management systems
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills
• Ability to meet and exceed performance and sales goals
