Job summary

HyperHired LLC. is seeking a motivated field sales professional in California to knock pre-mapped neighborhoods, qualify homeowners, and book inspections.

You’ll run the full discovery-to-close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned, using energy and persistence to hit daily activity targets. Expect rapid earning growth, with median annual earnings around $60K after onboarding and top performers above $108K.

Qualifications

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Self motivated, incredible sales experience, energetic, hungry to succeed
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather

What you'll be doing

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$60K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $108K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
