Next Level Marketing is seeking a Sales Ambassador to enhance brand presence for Tito’s Handmade Vodka in Chicago. This role involves overseeing event execution and ensuring effective training and motivation of promotional staff. Events and philanthropy are at the heart of Tito’s vision. Giving back through charity event partnerships and driving sales through on and off-premise event activations are central to the success of the brand.
The Sales Ambassador is responsible for overseeing all on and off-premise events in their assigned market(s). The position manages the event process from booking to execution and post-event reporting.
The Sales Ambassador is the quarterback of the total event plan to ensure we have the best possible ambassadors executing our events. This person is responsible for training, motivating, planning, deploying, monitoring execution and reporting on the entire agency resource team for the selected markets. Matching skills of individuals with the needs of the events to drive efficient and effective execution. Working with the Sales Coordinator and local markets to set goals and monitor progress against them. Ensuring all activations are executed consistently with the national branding strategy.
The Sales Ambassador will spend about 75% of their time out in the field activating events and 25% in their home office working on administrative responsibilities.
Must be able to provide own transportation.
