Job Description

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department and move-ins at the community. You build trust with prospects to showcase life in the community and how it can enhance well-being. This role involves 75% of your time working in the CRM. You will provide tours to prospects when the Sales Director is not available. You will partner with sales and collaborate with the community team to deliver an exceptional experience. This role reports to the Director of Sales.

  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up
  • Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) within two hours to maximize speed-to-lead when the Sales Director is unavailable.
  • Utilize the OneDay platform to send at least three personalized videos weekly to prospects.
  • Schedule in-person community tours for the Sales Director and conduct tours when the Sales Director is unavailable.
  • Assist in personalized "One Extra" that reflects the prospect’s interests and showcases our unique value within senior living.
  • Help organize and execute all community sales events.
  • Submit all catering worksheets to Dining Services Director at least two weeks before events.
  • Participate in each event and conduct tours as needed and directed by Sales Director.
  • Assist in setup and takedown of events.
  • Use the CRM to follow-up with leads, schedule tours, and reach out immediately to inquiries.
  • This position is Sunday-Thursday, depending on current schedules at the community.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; able to extract relevant components from complex situations and work with minimal direction.
  • Understanding of the sales function and ability to make recommendations as business needs evolve.
  • Excellent time management skills and consistent attendance.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other business-related software.
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior customer service experience in a customer-facing industry.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Physical requirements include talking, listening, sitting, using hands, reaching, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
