This position is a hybrid role, with approximately 90% remote work and 10% onsite at distribution centers located in the West Region of the United States, including locations such as Anchorage AK, Everett WA, Fife WA, Spokane WA, Billings MT, Portland OR, Salt Lake City UT, Albuquerque NM, Lubbock TX, Phoenix AZ, Las Vegas NV, San Diego CA, Corona CA, Los Angeles CA, Fontana CA, San Francisco CA, Sacramento CA, Reno NV, Fresno CA, within 50 miles of these distribution offices.

The role may require in-office presence about once a month or for training sessions.

The Sales Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for assigned Territory Managers and Customers, supporting team selling, administrative tasks, and resolving inquiries efficiently using US Foods products, systems, and tools. This includes acting as the primary liaison between Customers, Territory Managers, District Sales Managers, and other departments such as Operations, Credit, and Transportation. Regular communication with customers will involve order taking, issue resolution, and sales opportunities. The role also involves reviewing orders for accuracy, supporting administrative functions, and escalating issues as needed.

Starting pay ranges from $17.50 to $19.50 per hour, depending on experience and location within the West Region.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 am - 6 pm MT
