Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales files, contracts, and client communications.
• Bridge internal teams and clients with clear, timely updates.
• Greet clients and coordinate small group sales and meetings.
• Schedule flexibly including weekends or holidays as needed to meet hotel needs.
