Job summary

Nationwide Fab is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support for the sales team. This role is the first point of contact in the sales cycle and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include handling quotes, LOIs/POs, organizing files, coordinating with drafting, and preparing presentations. Requires strong Excel/Office skills, attention to detail, and teamwork; on-site in Northglenn, CO.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related areas.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as detailed instructions.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust plans to meet changing needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully.
  • Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
  • Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.
  • Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.
  • Follows all department quality standards/criteria.
  • Raises concerns and issues to management.
  • Understands department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team.
  • Other duties as needed or required.

JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY

The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for administrative support of the company’s overall sales efforts. This role is vital to the company’s ability to achieve its revenue goals. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide TOP TIER customer service to dealers and sales representatives
  • Some travel in support of Sales Manager attendance at Trade Shows and meetings may be required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Requires high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience in a related field of Sales Support.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce.com
  • Experience interpreting construction documents such as Floor plans, elevations, standard details and specifications.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $22.24 - $28.25. Salary may vary based on experience. Salary may vary based on experience.
