Job summary

Nationwide Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the company’s sales efforts. This role handles quote requests, file organization, and order processing, acting as a key first point of contact in the sales cycle.

You will prepare presentations, track quotes, coordinate with dealers and sales reps, and assist the Sales Manager with reporting. On-site responsibilities include travel for trade shows and maintaining accurate, timely communications.

Qualifications

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive quote requests from customers.
  • Download requests, plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Organize elements of quote requests and electronic files.
  • Coordinate with customers to ensure information accuracy.
  • Track quote schedules and log updates for reps.
  • Communicate expected quote completion dates to customers and reps.
  • Process LOI/PO and new orders; create job folders.
  • Assist Sales Manager with presentations and reports.
  • Provide top-tier customer service to dealers and reps; travel for trade shows as needed.
  • Maintain department KPIs and participate as a team member.

Our products are found in independent and chain restaurants, stadiums, hospitals, universities, corporate centers, and other commercial locations.**WORK SHIFT:**First Shift (United States of America)**JOB DESCRIPTION:****SUMMARY**The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for administrative support of the company’s overall sales efforts. This role is vital to the company’s ability to achieve its revenue goals. This position is typically the first point of contact in the sales cycle. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*** Receive quote requests from customers.* Download requests, plans, drawings, and specifications.* Interpret and organize elements of quote requests.* Organize electronic quote files.* Work directly with customers to ensure accuracy an completeness of information provided.* Maintain quote schedule and log while ensuring sales reps are properly identified and logged.* Communicate expected quote completion dates directly to customers and reps.* Track project award dates and update as required.* Provide Sales Manager with weekly quote tracking and assist with direct follow-up with customers.* Receive LOI/PO from customer and process new orders.* Create electronic and physical job folders.* Ensure organization and completeness of job folders for hand-off to drafting department.* Assist Sales Manager with preparations of presentations and reports.* Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization.* Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully.* Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.* Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.* Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.* Follows all department quality standards/criteria.
