Job summary

Fives Intralogistics Corp. is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to support the Service Sales Team. You will manage administrative tasks, handle client inquiries, process orders, and maintain CRM data to enable reps to close deals and hit targets.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proposal support, and detailed reporting, with travel as needed. A strong background in CRM tools and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree (A.S.) or Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited four‑year college or university is preferred.
  • 2+ years of previous experience in sales support, inside sales, administration, or customer service, preferably in the material handling or construction industry, or in adjacent industries.
  • Proven experience in supporting team performance in customer‑facing environments.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, Teams) and CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, Trello).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the “backbone” of the Service Sales Team, actively managing day-to-day coordination of administrative logistics, CRM data, and internal communications so that sales representatives can focus entirely on closing deals and hitting revenue targets.
  • Responsible for the following: Administrative Support: Process orders, manage meetings and schedules, manage documentation storage (proposals, quotations, estimates, folder structure), and assist in the preparation of sales contracts or proposals.
  • Sales Coordination: Prepare, update, and maintain standard service offerings to align with customer requirements and internal process updates. Track and manage the renewal process for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely follow‑up.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate sales kickoff meetings to ensure alignment between internal Sales, Project Management, and Procurement teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining meticulous records in CRM systems while ensuring clarity, professionalism, and courteous interactions.
  • Sales Team Coordination: Assist with sales campaigns, preparing presentations, tracking sales targets, and organizing, maintaining, or updating sales materials.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary communication bridge between internal teams and clients, facilitating meetings and providing status updates.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of sales performance KPIs and prepare detailed reports for the sales representatives and leadership.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned, including serving as a back‑up resource for other roles within the Services Department, as required.

Reporting to the Director of Service Sales, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, assisting with proposal preparation, generating sales reports and tracking performance metrics, building relationships, and providing administrative support to account managers. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive communicator who acts as the backbone of the sales team. Key traits include proficiency in CRM software, strong customer relationship management, exceptional verbal/written communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Beyond the primary coordination responsibilities, you will be expected to manage high-volume data, maintain accurate records, and coordinate schedules without being overwhelmed. TRAVEL This position requires semi‑frequent business travel by airplane, personal/rental car, and public transportation both domestically and internationally. The ability to secure a rental car and pay for all reimbursable travel expenses is essential. The candidate must be willing to travel as required and be capable of completing international travel of 10 or more hours. Overnight travel is approximately 10% or less.
