Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality's Saddlebrook Resort in Florida is seeking a motivated Front Desk team member to create memorable first impressions for guests. You will check guests in, handle requests, resolve issues, and upsell hotel programs while maintaining accuracy and professional conduct.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, excellent communication, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service with engaging and sincere interaction.
• Check guests in, ensure proper credit, note special requests, and provide accurate information.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff professionally and assist other departments as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and communicate pertinent information to the manager on duty.

About our property

The award-winning, 480-acre Saddlebrook Resort has made a name for itself as a premier meeting and vacation destination, as well as one of the nation’s preeminent athletic training facilities. Purposely planned as a car-free Walking Village, the resort setting allows guests to easily walk everywhere, surrounded by lagoons and cypress trees. What you will have an opportunity to do

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team. The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Check guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank.
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty.
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
• Assist other departments as needed.
