HHM Hotels is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Chicago to support property sales leaders with administrative tasks. You will promptly answer calls, process proposals and contracts, circulate documents, and coordinate room reservations while upholding HHM’s EarthView sustainability guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and may have prior hotel or sales experience. This role offers opportunities across full-time and part-time schedules within a hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer telephone calls and relay relevant account information to managers.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to departments.
• Converse with clients professionally and respond to inquiries.
• File and organize contracts and correspondence; keep records up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting spaces, and banquet space when needed.
• Follow HHM EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required by management.

Your Focus

• Promptly answer telephone calls and communicate relevant account information to managers and departments.
• Type and process correspondence, proposals and contracts.
• Distribute memos, contracts, resumes, room requests and amenities to relevant departments.
• Politely and professionally converse with clients and respond to all inquiries.
• File and organize copies of contracts and correspondence ensuring records are up to date.
• Reserve and confirm rooms, meeting space, and banquet space when necessary.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred, but not required.
