Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator

to support digital content management efforts for a prominent client in the consumer appliances industry. This contractor position will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining product content within Salsify, ensuring all data aligns with internal standards and the New Product Introduction (NPI) calendar.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and experienced in handling product content across digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with Merchandising, Product Management, National Account, and Digital teams to ensure seamless and timely content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain product data, attributes, and digital assets in Salsify.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with content standards.
• Manage product updates in alignment with the NPI launch calendar.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product content.
• Uphold data integrity and follow established governance practices.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, missing attributes, and content gaps.
• Support content syndication and validation for downstream applications and retailer platforms.
• Follow best practices for product information management (PIM) and digital asset handling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience with Salsify or similar PIM (Product Information Management) platforms preferred.
• Background in data entry, digital content management, or e-commerce administration.
• High attention to detail and capacity to manage large datasets effectively.
• Familiarity with data governance standards and practices.
• Understanding of content syndication in the e-commerce and retail landscape.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Wrike, Excel, or other project management software.
• Understanding of retailer content requirements and digital shelf optimization.
