Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Retail, Customer Service or Sales experience helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend and walk for up to 7 hours per day.
• Able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals (measured daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Educate customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options and the Golden Rules of Tanning while following company and legal guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.
