Ashley | The Wellsville Group in New Philadelphia, Ohio, is seeking a results-oriented Sales Consultant to turn conversations into sales and deliver an exceptional showroom experience. You’ll learn the furniture business, become a product expert, and help introduce the Ashley Luxe collection to the community.

You’ll connect with customers, recommend styling and budget-friendly solutions, and guide them from first contact to closing while building lasting relationships and staying current on

About this position

If you’re naturally curious, great with people, and motivated by the idea of turning a conversation into a sale, we want to meet you.

We’re adding to our team in New Philadelphia team and looking for a Sales Consultant who knows how to make customers feel comfortable, listened to, and excited about their purchase. You don’t need to be an interior designer or a lifelong salesperson — you just need the confidence to connect with people, the drive to succeed, and a genuine interest in helping customers create a home they love.

And yes, there’s something exciting happening in the showroom, too. Ashley Luxe is making its debut, bringing an elevated collection of furniture and décor to our customers. You’ll have the opportunity to learn the collection, become a product expert, and help introduce it to the community — but your success will go far beyond one product line.
