Dave Syverson Auto Center in Minnesota is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to guide customers through the vehicle-buying process, set appointments, assist with test drives, and help them choose vehicles that fit their needs and budget.

You will build long-term relationships, maintain a customer database, and work with the team to deliver an exceptional experience, including two weekends off each month and a path to 401(k) after one year.

• Confidently demonstrate vehicle features during walk-arounds and test drives.
• Build positive, long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Maintain and update a customer database and follow up consistently.
• Work closely with other team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.
