Mattress Warehouse is growing and seeks motivated Retail Sales Consultants to drive sales using our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will help customers select premium mattresses and bedding through a personalized, low-pressure shopping approach and maintain an inviting showroom environment.

Qualifikationen

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Fluent in English; bilingual with Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Provide relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience focused on improving lives through sleep solutions.
• Familiar with tablets, mobile POS and bedMatch system.

• Sell mattresses and bedding using our bedMATCH diagnostic system and selling process.
• Assist customers to find the right products based on their sleep needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain showroom presentation.
• Work in a team environment with a high energy, enthusiastic attitude.
• Participate in training and use tech tools to enhance the shopping experience.
