Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Ware, MA to help customers select premium mattresses using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will deliver friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced retail setting and contribute to a team-driven sales environment.

Qualifications

• Motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants sought.
• Availability for retail schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting mattresses and bedding using our selling process.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Utilize tablets, mobile POS and bedMATCH system during the sale.
• Maintain showroom and support loading purchases onto customer vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to meet store sales goals.
