Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Daily responsibilities
  • Provide excellent guest experience and develop a client base through relationship building and engaging in sales processes.
  • Set and achieve sales goals using our Personal Sleep Profile to assess needs and recommend products.
  • Expand your knowledge on sleep products to better serve guests.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
  • Participate in community outreach to raise awareness about sleep health.
  • Demonstrate company values in all interactions.
Qualifications for success
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with a competitive spirit.
  • Technologically savvy and adaptable to change.
  • Active in the community and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Minimum requirements
  • Aptitude and attitude to succeed.
  • Experience in sales is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and during sales events.
