Responsibilities:
- Self-Generating Sales Activities: Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, and windows. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's requirements and foster strong relationships.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, maximizing your earning potential through commissions.
- Prescheduled Leads: Convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers using excellent communication and presentation skills.
Who you are:
- Self-motivated, confident, and ambitious with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal, persuasive, and interactive communication skills.
- Strong-willed and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
- Willing to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
- Fearless and physically able to climb ladders to roofs.
